This landmark bilateral agreement establishes a high-performance EU–India Deep-Tech & Innovation Bridge designed to accelerate cross-border capital activation, industrial technology transfer, and market expansion across Europe, India, North America, and partner global ecosystems.

Underpinning the collaboration is a shared operational commitment to the 4-D Framework (Display, Discover, Develop, Deploy), alongside ARCHES's proprietary 12-Pillar Forensic Audit Methodology, ensuring growth-stage ventures achieve rigorous investment readiness and regulatory alignment — including the EU AI Act, EHDS, and GDPR — prior to global scale-up.
